House Smart does not just care about your future home, we care about every step involved in making sure that it is installed correctly.  Below is an example of a three module installation on a basement foundation.

	The site is excavated and prepared for the foundation of  the new home
Foundation footings are built to the specifications of the home
	This example shows the use an ICF (Insulating Concrete Forms) wall.  ICF is rigid plastic foam forms that hold concrete in place during curing and remain in place afterwards to serve as thermal insulation for concrete walls. The foam sections are lightweight and result in energy efficient, durable construction.
Here is the completed ICF walls built over the footings.Once it is plumbed and braced it will be ready for concrete.
	Concrete is then poured into the ICF walls and footings. Once the concrete is dry and the forms are pulled off of the footings the basement floor can be poured and finished.
Basement walls are constructed to the homes specifications in order to carry the load of the three modules that are going to be installed
	The modules are craned from the trucks onto the foundation one at a time
Here is the second module being craned onto the foundation
	And the third module being craned onto the foundation
In this example the peak of the roof comes in pieces on a separate truck. It is now craned on and fastened into place.
