Double Wide Manufactured (Mobile) Homes

Double width homes, generally 24' to 28' wide, come as completed assemblies, except for the fact that the two sections must be fastened together after they have been delivered to the site independently. Some minor trim work and hooking up of services between the two halves is necessary, but otherwise the homes are complete with all systems, flooring, window treatment, wall coverings, light fixtures, etc. These homes range from 900 sq ft to 2400 sq ft and come in lengths from 36' to 76'. All aspects of the building code are met and the homes are produced under the Canadian Standards Approval A277 or CSA Z240MH. Check with your  township to find out what their rules and regulations are - size, building code, length of permit, etc. Pricing starts from $75,000 depending on floorplan, style, size, options and location.
